Graduation + ENGAGEMENT
On April 10th, I graduated from Ethnos360 Training. This marks the completion of 4 years of training in preparation for church planting and Bible translation among a currently unreached people group. THANK YOU to those who have supported me prayerfully and financially up to this point. I look forward to continuing to partner with you in reaching the unreached in Papua New Guinea.
On Saturday, April 24th my boyfriend Luke PROPOSED in the midst of God’s beautiful creation at Yosemite National Park.
Luke and I met at the training center and have been dating for about a year now. He is everything I want in a husband. He loves the Lord, is dedicated to prayer, is loads of fun, and he also desires to be a part of reaching the unreached in Papua New Guinea. He is my best friend and favorite person to adventure with. I love him and can’t wait to marry him!
Praises:
That God is the giver of good gifts and in him bringing Luke and I together!
The students who graduated with me and are going to be sent out to be a part of reaching the unreached.
The staff who serves at the training center who are helping equip many laborers for the task of church planting.
Spending time in God’s beautiful creation at Yosemite National Park and Kings Canyon National Park with my now fiancé and some of our families.
The opportunity to speak at my brother Andrew’s church in Boise, Idaho.
Requests:
For Luke and I’s relationship as we move towards marriage!
For a season of wedding planning and support raising.
That God would provide the remaining $1,630 of monthly support we need before we get married (hopefully in August). That way, we can spend time adjusting to married life before we move to Papua New Guinea, Lord willing in January!
Thank you for your prayers. Please feel free to send me ways I can be praying for you as well!
With love,
Jess
